            Responsibilities  Overall in charge of all the activities occurring in the assembly, factory and building compound 
Workwith supervisors and other managers to assess optimal space utilizationso that assembly works/ manufacturing works can be carried out smoothly 
Work with storeman to plan and organize inventory storage to ensure optimal utilization of space 
Execute a system plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize 
Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory staff 
Ensure machineries are handled appropriately 
Plan on resources to deliver on time so that production / assembly works will not be held back 
Organize and solve issues arise to ensure a smooth efficient production is maintained 
Organize machineries, vehicles maintenance, servicing, repairs to maintain the continuous operation of factory
