Must have a National Senior Certificate; A Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field would be advantageous
Minimum 810 years' experience in a Factory Management, Production Management, or Manufacturing Leadership role
Must have experience within the Shopfitting, Wood Manufacturing, Cabinetry, Joinery, or related manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, workflow management, and factory operations
