+ Organize and coordinate the statistical analysis of equipment and facilities failures, promote improvement, regularly maintain and inspect equipment and facilities, and ensure their normal operation and compliance.
+ Organize and coordinate project engineering to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the project on schedule.
+ Control and improve operating costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement, and lead implementation.
+ Promote the efficiency improvement of equipment and facility teams.

**最低要求:**

+ Bachelor's degree or above.
+ More than 3 years of experience in managing large-scale manufacturing equipment and facilities, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
+ Good English writing and speaking skills, proficient in using office and CAD software.
