**Description:**
You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing chillers, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment supporting the Fort Worth plant infrastructure.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for managing 24/7 operation of large chillers and boilers, directing hourly staff, and coordinating repairs with Plant Engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise scheduled employees and union/CBA members to ensure continuous operation of chillers, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
+ Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with Plant Engineering and other support groups.
+ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, budget, and union‑contract requirements.
