**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide essential operational support and meticulous organization, ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal maintenance of our facilities.

Every day, you will expertly manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff, track inventory, and meticulously maintain records, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving demeanor, contributing to uninterrupted operational excellence.

+ Performs facility management operations, purchasing, and requisition duties in the enterprise materials management/invoicing electronic system.
