Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of equipment and building facilities that will undergo repair and maintenance
• Provide report on the result of maintenance activities
• Assist and monitor internal and external activities
• Recommends improvements in maintenance methods, cost-cutting programs/ measure or the like, geared toward efficiency optimization
• Assist other agency for compliance to permitting requirements
• Monitor civil works and other legal requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or electronics engineering
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance function
• Computer literate, knowledge in using AutoCAD
• Good communication and analytical skills
