Job Description 1. Building operations and maintenance
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building including electrical and mechanical facilities and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building, ensuring the building’s systems operate effectively.
Manage all matters related to the maintenance management of the building to ensure safety and efficiency.
2. Preventive maintenance and repairs
Recommend and implement preventive maintenance or repairs to minimise emergency breakdown of services.
Identify potential areas of improvement to enhance overall maintenance strategies.
3. Event and room setup
Oversee the setting up of room configuration for events, meetings and hearings, ensuring that configurations are completed accurately and on time when required.
