**Responsibilities**

+ Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
+ Assist with welding and patching tasks as needed.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry and drywall tasks.
+ Maintain lighting and perform cleaning duties as required.
