Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning, heating, ventilating, hot water equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical and electrical systems for proper operation and uptime.
Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory, and contractor activities; prepare and submit purchase order requests to ensure adequate supplies and equipment conditions.
