Key Tasks and Responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Support Maintenance Works: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry repair work Maintenance Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests/emergencies from staff and management to minimise service disruption Tools & Equipment Management: Maintain and ensure proper use, upkeep, and secure storage of maintenance tools and equipment Office Setup & Logistics Support: Assist with the set-up, relocation, and dismantling of office furniture and equipment as required Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors / service providers for specialised repairs or services, ensuring timely and quality completion Event Support: Provide logistical support to school staff for events, including set-ups and tear-downs Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs of all maintenance activities in compliance with RC's SOPs.
