Our new roleAs a Facilities Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective maintenance, safety and operational readiness of a diverse property portfolio. Working as part of an experienced facilities team, you will undertake a broad range of planned and reactive maintenance duties across buildings and grounds.Responsibilities will include carrying out general building repairs, carrying out plant room and building management system checks, supporting statutorypliance activities, and assisting with minor refurbishment and renovation projects.
