Job Description
Overview:
The Facilities Master Data Specialist is the custodian of our site’s physical-to-digital infrastructure. This role owns the integrity, evolution, and daily governance of our technical asset data within the SAP environment and CMMS systems.
Beyond asset data, this role is the primary auditor and manager for critical spare parts inventory. Utilizing the Odoo inventory management system, you will oversee stock levels and data accuracy at the Central Utility Plant (CUP), Building 10 (B10), and the Facilities Shop to ensure maintenance teams have the right parts to maintain world-class uptime.

Responsibilities:

Inventory & Spares Management (Odoo)
Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical audits of critical spare parts inventory at the CUP, B10, and Facilities Shop.
Maintain part records in Odoo, ensuring serial numbers, manufacturer data, and lead times are updated.
