Facilities Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and directs services such as reception, security guards, maintenance, safety, concessionaire, and company driver Responsible in the maintenance and monitoring of the facilities, equipment and infrastructure of the company Complies with both international and local safety standards Conducts researching and implementing best practices to ensure the smooth operations and safety of the employees, stakeholders and clients Participates in the infrastructure design, will recommend repairs and replacement of equipment, furniture and facility.
