            Responsibilities  Lead and oversee the Contractor’s works and services 
Implementing effective systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement 
Coordinate closely with the Client to ensure service quality, address feedback, and maintain strong communication 
Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for the site, along with consolidated management reports, including feedback and action plans 
Support sites in planning and scheduling all works and services 
Collaborating with Project Manager on improvement initiatives 
Any other adhoc duties as assigned 
 Requirements  Degree in Built Environment/Facilities Management/Engineering or related fields 
Min 5 years experience in similar positions 
Working hours: Mon-Fri (7am-4.30pm/8am-5.30pm/9am-6pm), Sat (7am-1pm) 
Salary: Up to $5200 
Location: Depending on site
