            Job Description  Oversee the daily facilities operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient building operations. 
Coordinate and supervise maintenance works. 
Monitor the performance of vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards. 
Plan, schedule, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works. 
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance issues and ensure a safe working environment. 
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to building services and facilities systems. 
Support facilities-related projects, renovations, installations, and upgrading works. 
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
