As part of our team, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee all maintenance and cleaning activities in our residential buildings. Your role includes leading teams focused on pest control, mold remediation, and asbestos management, ensuring our properties are safe and well-maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams effectively
• Ensure safe operations alongside health and safety manager
• Manage renovation contractors for compliance
• Address emergencies as needed
• Create detailed reports on maintenance operations

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Solid communication and leadership capabilities
