**Job Title:** Maintenance Worker
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to support our facilities team in day-to-day building operations, general maintenance, and event support.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
+ Troubleshoot basic facility issues and develop practical solutions on-site
+ Support building operations, including maintenance of doors, lighting, furniture, and minor plumbing
+ Maintain building cleanliness and exterior grounds (sidewalks, washing, debris removal)
+ Complete routine inspections of elevators, generators, wheelchair lifts, and fire extinguishers
+ Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of coordination with minimal disruption
+ Respond to and complete Facilities work orders (moves, replacements, restocking)
+ Provide general support to the facilities team as needed, including occasional after-hours work
