**Job Description**

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the safe, efficient operation of a healthcare facility by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks. This role focuses on minor electrical and plumbing work, building and grounds upkeep, and general handyman duties to ensure a clean, functional, and comfortable environment for staff and patients.

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct daily walkthroughs of hospital grounds and interior areas to assess the condition of functional systems, identify malfunctions, and determine needed repairs.
