Position summary:

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is a hands-on technician position responsible for performing work assignments, identifying needed work, preparing work areas and conducting work to ensure the safety of occupants, continuity of business operations, and the cleanliness of all work areas. The position will support locations in the Houston, TX area.


The company desires an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service, exceptional technical skill and an aptitude for facilities maintenance including electrical, mechanical, general building trouble-shooting, diagnosing, and repairs; along with executing preventive maintenance (PM) activities and including oversight of subcontracted services as required.
