As our Facility & Maintenance Manager in Moss, you will lead all maintenance and facility operations to ensure business continuity, operational excellence, and long-term asset reliability. You will play a critical role in ensuring high technical availability of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while driving safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Senior Management, and external partners to align maintenance strategy with current and future business needs. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and operational execution, always guided by our HelloFresh DNA: Speed & Agility, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Long-Term Orientation.
