            Responsibilities  Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc.. 
Undertake minor repair and maintenance work. 
Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect 
Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences 
Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work 
Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue 
Other tasks as assigned by the Management 
 Requirements  Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent 
2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management 
Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active
