De ion 1 year contract position, Salary up to $4,500
Responsibilities - The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management
- Project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces
- Oversee operations of the Facilities matters, ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms.
- Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters.
- Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden
- Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters
- Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals
- Space planning/ renovation projects.
- Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.
