The Position
Supports facilities operations, optimization and improvement initiatives in facilities management operations, programs and site procedures, with the facilitation of cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Support F&E contract reviews in collaboration with F&E internal stakeholders. Be a central contact for timely Shopping Cart and Purchase Order creation using the appropriate platform. Participate in discussions and site visits to identify areas of Continuous Improvements and bring about value enhancements to F&E operations. Perform critical thinking/review for harnessing new technologies and methodologies to bring about facility operation enhancements to meet the needs of RSTO community and manufacturing operations. Support Facilities operations in delivering site services, such as gathering and analyzing user data, performing Gemba walks, monitoring key conditions and deliverables for supporting Make‑Assess‑Release activities.
