Plan, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities, with the ability to perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements
Perform periodic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on new / existing facilities equipment, include scheduled pest control inspection
Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities and projects
Gather and analyze operational data and maintenance reports, and determine effective methods for cost reduction on energy, air and water consumption
