Engineer II, Facilities Site Management

A Facilities Engineer is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in leading a team of Facilities Technicians to ensure that facilities equipment and building infrastructure operate in tip‑top condition, meeting compliance, safety, efficiency, and sustainability requirements. Duties span maintenance, compliance, project management, and optimization of systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.

What You’ll Do

Operation & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.

Optimization

• Implement energy‑saving initiatives and sustainability projects (e.g., LED lighting, smart sensors).
