Job Title: Facilities Operations Assistant

Duration: 3+ Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Las Vegas, NV

 

Role Summary:

Supports the operation and maintenance of leased or owned facilities, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and technical sites. Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal, and OSHA regulations while assisting with daily facility operations, security, energy conservation, office equipment, and build-outs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and furniture maintenance.

  • Assist with office reconfigurations, furniture/equipment moves, and AV setup for meetings/events.

  • Manage vendor coordination for minor repairs; review invoices and service tickets.
