Position Summary Itron is seeking a proactive and reliable Contract Facilities Associate to support day-to-day office operations at our Singapore site.
Key Responsibilities - Facilities Operations: Oversee daily office upkeep, workspace readiness, meeting room management, vendor coordination.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Liaise with building management, coordinate service providers, track invoices.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Support safety procedures and facility inspections.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office events, documentation, courier, mail, procurement, and internal coordination.
Required Skills & Experience - 2–4 years of experience in facilities or office coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently.
