The Opportunity
Goodman is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of the Service Desk and Highbrook office operations. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience across a premium property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Service Desk system, ensuring all requests are logged, tracked, and resolved effectively
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams
- Liaise with Building Managers to ensure timely action of service requests
- Coordinate contractor works, inductions and compliance (including H&S requirements)
