**GENERAL SUMMARY**

Provide the leadership and supervision for Facilities/ Commercial Engineering, Plant and Nuclear Bargaining Units and Building Trades personnel that report directly to this position. Crew size could vary from 8 to 40 craftsmen. Leadership and supervision may need to be provided to other supervisors and engineers for the outage activities under your control. Listed below are the key points to monitor against:

Prepare and stage assigned work to successfully meet established schedule, productivity and quality expectations. Monitor assigned work in the field and coordinate necessary support and problem solving to assure proper completion. Monitor individual and crew performance to assure performance standards are met and provide feedback on performance to employees.
