            Air Tech Engineering & Consultancy Pte Ltd – Central Singapore  Responsibilities  Assist in daily M&E operations, including planned maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of common areas. 
Perform weekly checks and minor troubleshooting on M&E systems. 
Manage stock control for mechanical and electrical materials. 
Attend to ad-hoc complaints and emergency calls promptly. 
Support major breakdown responses by reinforcing manpower as needed. 
Ensure service contractors perform work according to contract standards. 
Supervise and accompany contractors during routine servicing. 
Handle minor M&E repairs and general handyman tasks (e.g., fixing fixtures, touch-up painting). 
Undertake other M&E-related duties as assigned. 
 Requirements  Only Singaporeans 
Physical work required
