Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for breakdown repair and servicing work, overall manpower planning for servicing and repair work for machines under his charge and progress monitoring
- Budget allocation and planning for PMS and monitor the allocated budget
- Update defect form and conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis
- Establish and review of PMS checklist according to recommendation, manufacturer manual, and breakdown review and analysis outcome.
- Raise TPO/ DRL/ PSO/ PWO for spare part or material for repair and servicing work
- Liaise with external contractor for repair/ servicing work
- Identify training needs for the team
- Take lead in process improvements projects
- Managing the administrative work of the team and assess the team’s performance
