Inspect and maintain as required and all facilities equipment, including but not limited to: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical power, electrical control and lighting.
Perform plumbing and general facility maintenance tasks.
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to oil-free industrial compressors.
Maintain and troubleshoot air conditioning systems.
Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
Operate scissor lift equipment when required.
Use tools and equipment such as welding machines, drills, and buffers for maintenance activities.
Support basic electrical troubleshooting and repair activities.
Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures.
