Job Summary:

Willow and Shepton House are residential Lifehouses accommodating up to 67 homeless people.

Key Responsibilities:

The role of Facilities and Administration Manager is to provide effective Housing Management and Administration functions within our Residential Lifehouse Service. You will ensure there is a strong focus on customer service and be jointly responsible for ensuring our vision for a high-quality support service.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

  • NVQ3 or equivalent professional qualification in related field or willingness to work towards it.
  • Demonstrate values of integrity and accountability within working practice.
  • Ability to create and manage large budgets.
  • Leading and managing staff, including recruitment, development and performance management.
