Responsibilities
- Professional client care and handling of inquiries via phone, email, and messaging service
- Creation of documents and answering first‑level support performance inquiries in addition to customer care
- Handling first‑level support inquiries via the Kundenportal
- Telephone and written contact support with our sales team
- Responsible for mutations of customer and contract data
Qualifications
- Professional experience in health insurance advantageous; entry‑level applicants welcome
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) and excellent proficiency in at least one other Swiss language (French or Italian)
- Enjoyable client contact, helpfulness, and empathy to offer the best solution to each client
- Rapid comprehension, teamwork ability, and strong commitment and perseverance
