Qualifications

  • Professional experience in health insurance advantageous; entry‑level applicants welcome
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) and excellent proficiency in at least one other Swiss language (French or Italian)
  • Enjoyable client contact, helpfulness, and empathy to offer the best solution to each client
  • Rapid comprehension, teamwork ability, and strong commitment and perseverance
