Your new role includes:

Develop innovative facade designs that align with architectural concepts and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform detailed analysis of materials and structural components to ensure facade performance and durability.
Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
Conduct site visits to assess installation progress and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Support cost estimation, value engineering, and selection of facade systems and materials.
