Facade & Cladding Sealant Replacement with Waterproofing Works – Silicon Arch

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspection of damaged sealant at rooftop structural frames (cladding) and façade glass of Unit 901 (internal and external).
• Identify all leakage points, cracks, and deteriorated joints causing water ingress.
• Carefully remove existing damaged sealant from cladding joints, façade glass joints, and frame connections without damaging surrounding surfaces.
• Clean and prepare all joint surfaces for new sealant application.
• Supply and apply weatherproof, UV-resistant sealant to all affected areas, including:
  • Rooftop structural frame (cladding) joints – approx. 50 RM
  • External façade glass joints
  • Internal façade glass joints of Unit 901
