In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by accurately fabricating components, troubleshooting fabrication issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Perform intermediate fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, assembling, and other materials according to detailed blueprints and work orders.
+ Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
+ Inspect fabricated components and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
+ Assist in troubleshooting fabrication processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
