A well established Engineering / Manufacturing concern is seeking a Fabrication Team Leader with Strong Management Skills. Ability to read drawings and understand welding and grinding procedures.

Requirements:
· Minimum Tertiary Qualification of NQF 5 level in Technical or Management.
· Must have good business acumen to managed department as mini business.
· Computer literacy with advanced Microsoft ability (Word & Excel & PowerPoint).
· Min 10 years fabricating and /or manufacturing operational experience.
· Knowledge of steel production processes in the lean manufacturing industry.
· Must be very accurate and have excellent attention to detail with strong technical drawing skills.
