**Job Title: Fabricator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on fabricating sheet metal components used in the production of lighting products. You will operate and set up fabrication equipment such as lasers and punch press machines, interpret blueprints and work orders, and ensure each work piece meets precise quality standards using measuring tools and visual inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate sheet metal components for lighting products in accordance with work order specifications.
+ Operate fabrication equipment, including laser machines and punch press machines, to cut and form sheet metal.
+ Perform machine setups and adjustments to support efficient and accurate production.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine fabrication requirements.
+ Measure and inspect work pieces using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
