Project Support Officer

Job title: Project Support Officer – Green Careers Pathway Project led by Codi, hosted by EYST.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week.

Salary: £24,479 per annum.

Tenure: Fixed one‑year contract.

Location of work: EYST Headquarters, Swansea.

Responsible for: Clients aged 16‑30 in Swansea.

Reporting to: EYST Strategic Youth Team Lead.

Project Overview

EYST is partnering with Codi on the Green Careers Pathway Project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. The project aims to support young people to enter green careers by removing barriers, building confidence, and developing essential skills for roles in sustainability, climate resilience, and environmental restoration.

Objectives of the Role
