Overview
We invite you to join our External Audit team as an Audit Assistant, where you will help clients meet their reporting requirements by providing an objective and independent examination of their financial statements, engaging constructively with management on accounting and reporting matters, and delivering clear perspectives to audit committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business.
- Interact with clients to collect necessary data, set up and maintain audit files, and prepare leads.
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
- Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives and audit history.
- Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team.
