Oversee, organize, review, and evaluate the conduct of the engagement in consultation with the engagement partner; exercise direct responsibility over the on‑job training of audit seniors and associates.
Meet the professions and the Firms technical standards as established in current professional pronouncements and Firm policies.
Provide clients with quality service, preserve engagement and client confidentiality, and enhance professional relationships with client personnel.
Share with concerned team members insight into the theory and principles of accounting, and the objectives, standards, and procedures of auditing.
Review work outputs produced by staff and ensure that audit procedures are performed in accordance with standards.
Identify specific issues relative to an engagement and determine appropriate strategies in consultation with the engagement partner.
