ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Brisbane Bulk Facility Operations Manager, this hands-on leadership role is integral in managing our Stevedoring and Logistics operations and will drive operational and safety performance. The successful applicant will thrive on working in a dynamic environment and be committed to quality and continuous improvement with a focus on safety and customer performance standards. 

This position is offered across casual, part‑time, and full‑time employment arrangements. Due to the nature of bulk vessel operations, hours are irregular and shift patterns will vary day‑to‑day in line with operational demand.
