Retail Field Coach is responsible for observing, monitoring, and coaching store teams to ensure consistent delivery of the Tiffany client experience and brand attitudes. The role partners with store leaders and retail teams for performance improvement and training.

• Coach store leaders and retail teams through observation of daily client interactions on the sales floor.
• Facilitate frequent check‑ins and trainings for business objectives, track coaching conversations, and monitor performance metrics.
• Champion Tiffany values: customer service excellence, clear communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
