• In this role, you'll shape the strategic direction of Zurich AI Safety, developing programs to advance AI safety in Switzerland.
• Lead community building efforts connecting students and professionals across AI governance and technical research.
• Develop partnerships with universities and organizations to offer career support and networking opportunities.
• Oversee operational setup including budgeting, compliance, and organizational development.
• Organize networking events and retreats to unite people in AI safety and encourage collaboration.
