The successful candidate’s key performance areas will be:
- Client Services
- Purchasing, sales, preparation and inventory management of products
- Coordinating and motivating staff under supervision
- Overseeing the GM Express kitchen
- Ensuring overall cleanliness and the safety of staff and premises
- Closing out shifts and compiling shift schedules
- Promotions
- General administrative function
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 5 years of experience in the takeaway industry
- Above average communication skills
- Strong focus on service
- Computer literate
- Administrative background
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Absolute honesty
- Valid Code B driving license
