            Candidate Requirements  Need MALE candidate ONLY 
Preferably based out of Dubai 
Should have handled a global team across countries 
Preferably from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry 
Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations 
Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance 
Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions 
Strong leadership, negotiation, pricing strategy & business development skills with willingness for international travel 
 Experience  Min 8 to 10 recent years private label in food manufacturing industries 
Well connected with FMCG buyers 
Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$
