Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to employ an Export Coordinator to join their team based in Elandsfontein.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade – advantageous
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures
• Understanding of SARS compliance and export documentation requirements
• 2–5 years’ experience in an export coordination or logistics role
• Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment – advantageous

Responsibilities

Export Coordination and Administration

• Plan and execute export shipments via road, rail, sea, or air
• Process and capture export orders on SAP
• Prepare and manage all export documentation (Commercial Invoices, SADC certificates, Letters of Origin, etc.)
