Meridian Wine Distribution is looking to hire an Export Controller for a well-known liquor company based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
Ensuring cost effectiveness across the export supply chain. Focusing on efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend to all customer queries relating to orders
Build relationships with all service providers and export customers, whether this be existing or potential customers.
Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist with building business models in a collaborative process with our partners.
Ensure all orders received via email and telephone are captured accurately and timeously on the BC system in accordance with order placement cut off times.
Ensure all orders are captured accurately in accordance with order capture accuracy KPI.
