This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response.
84 months experience in working with HL7 ORU and ADT messages including parsing into relational tables and creating messages.
84 months experience architecting relation database solutions and working with relational database frameworks such as Spring MVC, myBatis. Experience in design and optimizing queries in RDBMS.
84 months experience in architecting on Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System (ECLRS) and Syndromic Surveillance Systems
84 months experience in designing complex web applications on various development platforms, including laboratory reporting systems and/or syndromic surveillance systems
